MEET THE TEAM
The Taste of Norway blogging team consists of family members of the Reinemo family from the eastern part of Norway. We come from a small city called Hamar, in a region called Hedmark. Hamar is located by Norway's largest lake, Mjøsa, and is surrounded by hills, mountains, and farmland. An eldorado for young brothers growing up.

During our upbringing our parents took us outdoors every chance they got, and we learned to love the fresh forest air, mountains, and fishing. Norwegian traditions, many of them from the countryside, have always played a role in our family, and food is of course a big part of that. We're excited to share some of this with you.

As founder and creator of this blog, I'm excited to bring you a taste of Norwegian culture, food, and traditions. There are many North-Americans with ties to Norway, and whether you are a "Norwegian-American" or just find Norway interesting, I hope you will enjoy this blog.

My professional background is from the film and entertainment industry, and my goal is that my passion for photography and storytelling will shine through in this blog as I share personal experiences and some of my favorite Norwegian foods with you.
Anders R.​ - FOOD EXPERT

Anders is the family's food expert. He has more than 15 years of experience in the food industry and has worked as head chef/kitchen manager in both restaurants & catering. In the military he served as a cook on His Majesty the King's personal ship.
He currently oversees a multitude of kitchens and cafeterias in the eastern part of Norway.
He's a great friend, brother, and a father of three, and for this blog I'm excited to seek him for advice to bring you the best cooking tips.
